Brief Itinerary

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh Long
Day 2: Vinh Long - Ho Chi Minh City

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Be (L, D)

8:00 AM: You will be picking up from hotel’s lobby in Ho Chi Minh City by our local guide. Leaving busy city for traveling to lush Mekong Delta, driving through the rice paddy to Cai Be town, we then board your private river sampan for cruising along the endless waterways of the mighty Mekong.

We will stop at an old southern house with a bonsai garden and visit some local cottage industries which produce candy as well as rice cakes. Later, we will arrive at the lush orchards of the local house in which we will spend the night in a home stay with a local family.

Day 2: Vinh Long – Ho Chi Minh City (B)

We will have our breakfast at homestay, then we say goodbye to the local host and continue our boat trip along the maze of waterways and canals through An Binh Island toward the town of Vinh Long. Sometimes we will stop visiting brick pottery kilns, and a floating fish farm and some kind of cottage industries.

Following our boat trip, we will return to the Pier in Vinh Long, where our awaiting vehicle is, return to Ho Chi Minh City. Lunch will be at My Tho City and our trip will finish in Ho Chi Minh City at around 05:00 PM.
