Full Itinerary

Day 1: Siem Reap Arrival - The Rolous Group Temple & Apsara Dance (D)

Upon arrival in Siem Reap we transfer to the hotel.

In the afternoon we visit the Roluos Group including the three temples: Preah Ko, Loile, and the mountain-temple of Pre Rup. This evening we will go to the fine restaurant in town for our Welcome dinner at Angkor Village restaurant & theater and enjoy the traditional Apsara Dance. After that, walk along the town to see the local people doing their business at night. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 2: Angkor Temple Complex: Angkor Thom & Ta Prohm (B, L)

Today, after breakfast, we will start our visit to the amazing temples complex of Angkor. Begin to explore the complex of Angkor Thom where we can see a massive perimeter wall and a moat with five monumental gates covering an area of more than ten square kilometers. The Baphuon and the Terrace of Elephants, the Bayon with a total of 54 towers are elaborately decorated with 216 enormous and enigmatic smiling faces. The numerous other structures of this fortified city are the Terrace of the Leper King, the Phimeanakas, Preah Palilay, Tepranom, Preah Pithu, North & South Kleang, and Prasat Sour Prot.

We have lunch at Aha Restaurant. In the afternoon we will visit Ta Prohm – the temple of exotic roots in Angkor system. The principal singularity of Ta Prohm is that it has not been cleared from the thick jungle, as the rest of the Angkor Complex has been. It looks nearly the same as in the descriptions of the first French explorers, shrouded in the undergrowth and in the huge roots of old Banyan trees. Then we go back to hot air balloon station where we can ride a stable hot air balloon for a truly memorable sunset look over one of the Wonder of the World, Angkor Wat. Overnight in the hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 3: Angkor Temple Complex: Banteay Srei Temple & Angkor Wat (B, D)

In the morning we have a journey of 25km to Banteay Srei temple (the Woman temple) regarded as the jewel in the crown of Classical Khmer Art. Then we drive back to Siem Reap for our lunch.

This afternoon we will visit Angkor Wat, one of the finest monuments in the world. Then, enjoy the sunset with a great view from the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng. Tonight we will have dinner at FCC Restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 4: Tonle Sap Lake - Siem Reap Departure (B)

In the morning we visit the floating village, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Visit the village and take an excursion in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake.

In the afternoon have our free time at leisure. Transfer to Siem Reap International Airport for departure flight to home. Trip ends.
