Full Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Halong City (D)

Recommended flight: Arrival time should be in the morning
On our arrival in Noi Bai international airport in Hanoi; we are welcomed & picked up by the tour guide & driver and then on a drive in about 3 hours & a half directly to Ha Long. On the way; we will have a short break in a good stop for going toilet & relaxing.

We arrive in our hotel in Halong City in the afternoon or early evening; checking in and free time. In the evening; we are getting to a fine local restaurant for having dinner and then we can have an exploration to Halong night market before returning the hotel for staying overnight.

Day 2: Halong Bay (4-Hour boat trip with seafoof lunch on boat) - Hanoi (B, L)

We check out the hotel at around 8:00 am for being picked – up by our tour guide & driver in a short drive to Halong’s tourist harbor. Once here we move to our own private boat for cruising on Ha Long Bay. We will enjoy a delicious, fresh, seafood lunch after that while spending about 4 hours cruising on this secluded bay.

During the time of cruising, we will have the opportunity to visit the spectacular Heaven Palace (Thien Cung) and Dau Go caves, those caves crammed with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites with different colors, shapes, and size. Those definitely will stir your imagination. After that, we keep cruising to see many limestone islands and islets, which dotted around the bay including:

Incense Bowl islet, Cock Fighting islet, Sail islet, turtle island...And if weather permitting, we can swim from our boat in the bay. We then go back to the harbor in another way where our driver is waiting for us for a drive directly to Hanoi. We arrive back in Hanoi in the early evening at around 16:00 with dropping off at the hotel & free time on your own relaxation then. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi City Tour (B, L)

Today we start our one-day city tour from the lobby of the hotel. We will drive to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hours to visit: Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam's first university dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
Lunch will be at a fine local restaurant in Hanoi.

In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam; Museum of Ethnology, which is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam's 54 Ethnic minority peoples. Following that, we will wander around the city by car to see the real-life of Hanoian as well as the different parts of the city. After that we will take one-hour cyclo around the Old Quarter, known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers.

Originally, each of the 36 streets names' was related to the products being sold there. Before we go back to the hotel, we will have the chance to enjoy the unique Water Puppet show. Hear the Vietnamese traditional instruments and singing from the live musicians who play throughout the show. The trip will be finished after the show at the hotel.

Note:
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is not opened on every Monday & Friday. Museum of Ethnology is closed on every Monday.

Day 4: Hanoi - Departure (B)

We are free till being picked –up at a reasonable time by our tour guide & driver for a drive to Noi Bai airport to catch our own international flight to the next destination or back home. Have a nice flight out!

– Meals: All meals as specified in the itinerary. Meal codes are: (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner). If the restaurant indicated is not available on the day, your guide will arrange another restaurant from our list of approved restaurants. Breakfast is usually a western style buffet. We endeavor to ensure that a choice of western and Vietnamese breakfasts is supplied; however, there may be occasions when only a Vietnamese simple breakfast is available in some remote locations.
– Private Transfers: Transfers between airports, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing by private air conditioned vehicle with a driver and English-speaking guide (as listed above). Your comfort is our priority!
– Guide: As outlined in the itinerary an English-speaking guide (other language upon request, please be advised that the tour guide salary could be varies depends on the language/s spoken and the tour cost could be changed) and experience driver will be with you throughout the trip.
– Hotels: Hotel fees are based on two people sharing one room with twin beds (twin share basis).
– All hotels as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Vietnamese breakfast or continental (depends on each hotel). All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
– Service Charge & Government Taxes: 10% VAT included in the trip cost
– Luggage Transfers: Between airports and hotels. Normally, your luggage is with you at the back of the vehicles. In some occasions when the van is full and we have vehicle support to carry your luggage

– Excess Baggage Charges: Passengers holding an adult fare or half fare ticket are entitled to a free baggage allowance of 20kg, for economy class. Total weight of carryon baggage for each passenger may not exceed 5kg . The size may not exceed 20x40x 55 cm .
– Personal Expenses: Expenses of a purely personal nature such as laundry, drinks, fax, telephone calls, optional activities, sightseeing or meals, which are not included in the tour itinerary.
– Meals: Any meals which are not specified in the tour itinerary.
– Single Room Supplement: Single room supplement applied when you are traveling alone and having your own room or having no one to share room with you.
– Tips & gratuities: Tips for guides, driver, doorbells…are not included in the tour price. Please be advised that tipping is not a must in Vietnam. However, if you are please with services or people you should tip when appreciate.
– International flight ticket/s in and out of Vietnam: International flight tickets in and out of Vietnam is at your own arrangement. Please ask our guide help to reconfirm your flight ticket if needed
– Departure taxes: Departure taxes for international flight to Vietnam & out of Vietnam.
– Visa and visa fees to Vietnam: Please check if your need to have visa to Vietnam or not. For many ASEAN countries, people do not need visa to travel to Vietnam within 15 days
– Entrance fees and permits during free time: You need to pay for your own for entrance fee and permits during your free times and not guided times
– Personal travel insurance: Personal travel insurance is Compulsory when traveling with us
