Huong: Managing Director (Co-founder) /( Mr Le Xuan Huong)/ 
In 1997, during the Asian economic crisis, after several years working as an interior designer, Huong changed careers and became a tour leader. He immediately fell in love with tourism and began working as a tour leader for a global tour company. Huong loves to show people his beloved motherland, Vietnam, and he has also been privileged to take many groups of western tourists to Lao and Cambodia. In 2005, Huong founded Viet Vision Travel which has quickly become a successful tour company and one of Vietnam's leading local tour operators. But he remains ambitious for Viet Vision Travel JSC, aiming to make it the best local tour operator in Indochina. He has already opened a branch in Ho Chi Minh City, in Siem Reap, Cambodia and in Luang Prabang, Laos. Huong likes to think of Viet Vision as a family, but insists on the highest standards of professionalism. Apart from running the business and training the staff, Huong is an excellent photographer (most of the pictures in this web site are his own work).
Dao: Operation Manager (Co-founder) (Mr Le Quang Dao,)/
Dao joined the tourism industry in 1997 as a tour leader, when tourism was still something new in Vietnam. Before long Dao became a professional tour leader for biking trips throughout Indochina. He just loves meandering through all the back roads and byways of Indochina on his bike. Dao has a very determined and thoughtful character. His specialty is the 'unusual' request – he is the person who others turn to when customers want something way out of the ordinary. Dao’s interests are travelling and cycling but he also enjoys reading about culture and history. Everyone admires him for his in-depth knowledge about Vietnam
Tan:(Co- founder)/ (Mr Vu Manh Tan)
Tan is the most cheerful person in the team, with his humorous, creative character. Anyone would love him at first meeting. Tan joined the tourism industry in Vietnam in 1996, beginning as a tour guide in the north of Vietnam and then greater Indochina. It is said that he knows Vietnam like the back of his hand. Tan's special interest is travelling and painting landscape pictures with oil on canvas. Tan now is taking care of Hanoi Language and Culture Tours.<http://www.hanoilanguagetours.com/>
Tony Truc. (Tony Mr.) European Division - Marketing Manager (Co- founder)
Truc joined the tourism industry in 1996 when he was a university student and started working as a tour guide in Hanoi. Two years later Truc received his qualification from Hanoi University of Law. But he decided continue his great passion, working in tourism, first as a tour guide then in several other positions before joining Viet Vision Travel. He said he loves to share his Vietnamese vision with the concept of sustainable tourism while building a strong Vietnamese travel company. Truc is now in charge of our European market.
Ha:/ /Sale Manager:/ (Ms Nguyen Thu Ha) /
Ha began work in tourism in 2000, joining Viet Vision Travel in 2005. She is energetic, cheerful, methodical and has a great memory - vital qualities for dealing with requests from all over the world.
Dung: I.T team leader (information technology) (Mr Do Van Dung)
Royce Lee: Travel Advisor: Perth - Australia
Arriving in Vietnam as a traveler in 2002 with The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA.), Royce fell in love with Vietnam and wanted to do something for the country. He met the Viet Vision Travel team in 2005, loved our ideal of responsible travel and became a Viet Vision Travel member the same year.
Noah (Noah Bernstein): Representative in Canada : 
Noah was born in Montreal, Canada. Fluent in English, French, German, Noah loves travelling, especially in Asia. That's the reason he became a tour leader working in Vietnam, Lao, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Tibet for four years. He has very broad and in- depth knowledge about the region and became a representative for Viet Vision Travel in 2005. Now he handles all our group bookings from Canada and North America.

Mr Nguyen The Son (National guide for conventional tours and cycling trips)
Son is one of the most experience tour leaders in the team. His knowledge of Vietnam’s rich culture, history and delightful insights are second to none. He is an acknowledged expert on the hill station of Sapa, Dalat and the remote region of the central highlands.
Mr Le Van Cuong (Hanoi)
Cuong has a degree in English, six years of experience in tourism, and is our senior guide. He is a mine of information and anecdotes about every aspect of Vietnam, and seems to possess limitless energy. He loves his job and, despite his maturity, he still gets excited as a child when interpreting the history of a battle or ritual. His enthusiasm is highly infectious. He is keenly interested in singing and travelling.
Mr Vu Thanh Chu (Hanoi)
Chu has degrees in both English and Tourism. He comes from a small village about forty kilometres north of Hanoi which is famous for traditional folk songs of Quan Ho. He is always looking for an opportunity to take groups there to meet his friends and relatives.
Mr Le Hung Anh. (Saigon)
Anh is a single guy and the youngest of our full time guides with three years in guiding experience. His personality is best described as 'enthusiastic' - he loves to chat with tourists and is always ready to extend the day into the evening. Anh describes his interests as "reading, writing and eating".
All our guides are fully registered, and have been chosen for their fluency in English, their knowledge of their local culture and history, and the strength of their personality.
